		<description>Sounds like a delicious little mini-mash.  How is the color on this brew?  Is it bright yellow, or more like the color of the background on this page (look right or left)?  

I made an &lt;a href="http://www.geocities.com/clarkeheadbrew/altbier.htm" rel="nofollow"&gt;Altbeir&lt;/a&gt; earlier this year with the European Ale Yeast (similar to the yeast you used for this brew) and I used half a pound of caramunich (40L).  Holy crap did that ever make that beer darker than I intended.  I'm finding that a little goes a long way lately.
