Puppy, tried the Choco Rain with gambler last night, he is in town. Really good home-brew man, my only critique would be to add some oats to round out some more sweetness and give it a little better head (head is good, men like head) haha. awesome beer, nice chocolatey, bitter, dry stout. ill have to send u something.

Thanks Dave! Feel free to steal it for yourself! I "borrowed" the artwork of the internet, so it's not mine! :) Part of the fun of brewing is the labels! Good luck with your first brew dude, any questions let me know!

Yeah .. waiting is tough. Just put my ESB in the primary yesterday. Had a 12 hour lag until fermentation took off. Air lock is bubbling now, and will monitor to see if I need to switch to a blow-off. (I have lots of head space) When you brew, you have lots of 'waits': Wait for primary, wait for diacytyl rest, wait for secondary (if used), rack to bottling bucket (or keg), bottle and wait 2-3 WEEKS minimum for carbonation (3 days in a pressurized keg). But, in the end, the wait is usually worth it .. and the pride factor cannot be dismissed. Cheers fellow brewers!
